Shot this today at 8am, on our way back to the general assembly.
The Scooter apparently policeman stops when he hooks his victim's foot , then continues to again apparently drive over it or around it and finish off the job with the back wheel instead.
You can clearly see the officer's conscious will to acknowledge his trapped victim and getting off to fend off the rest who may try to help him. Notice these steel engines' mass is extremely heavy for a middle aged man's ankle's bones. then another officer notices the scooter and pushes it down (thankfully), yet another manages to instead of help the suffering victim, he finishes him off by beating him with a club. Another comes in and tackle-pressed him down on the ground on his chest finishing the arresting process.
Note - Not all cops are bad, this video does not entail such a thing, in fact most are very nice, but sadly there's the exceptions and these exceptions tend to be VERY dangerous for the people.

UPDATE - Now that I think of it, I never saw what actually got the bike off the screaming man, so it was wrong to assume that a good police officer did it, I am sure as more videos come up from different angles we'll tell what truly happened, as I only witnessed what the camera captured. This man apparently was a member of the lawyer's guild, and I believe he may at first have just screamed in panick, but the second time is no longer coincidence, nor the way he was beaten, nor the way he was refused immediate medical care. I hope his initial screams were of fear and not of pain.
