My Husband's Dream - Jan.22-23
We were driving on what looked like the highway near where I grew up in Westchester Cty. , NY. We were headed north, past my parent's house. Alida was driving. Right from the beginning of the dream, I was saying, "PAY ATTENTION ALIDA, PAY ATTENTION ALIDA!" over and over. Each time it would escalate. Then I look to my right and I see we're headed towards a 4-5 story high grass-covered hill . Sticking out on the sides of this hill were large, splintered 2x4s and other wooden objects. I yelled "PAY ATTENTION ALIDA!" for the last time. We suddenly drove up the hill at full speed!! As we were flying in the air, the car (or truck?) was doing a very slow backflip. It all felt very real!! As soon as we were upside-down, the dream scene cut to a lobby, with the car landing safely inside. The lobby looked very LARGE, like it was 1-2 levels high and it was a CIRCULAR BUILDING. All up and down the corridors of this building are sheets and blankets, separating rooms or the entrances to rooms. Someone, a man who looked disheveled, was showing me around. At one point in the dream, I looked out and there was a large hill. It was nighttime and lit up by streetlights. The cars and streets were covered in 2-3 feet of snow. It looked like my hometown. When I looked outside, it was night but inside the building, it was daytime, since the sunlight came into the windows. This building wasn't like a hostel but it was something similar. It seemed like it was being used for the poor (I asked later what kind of people). It felt like we weren't supposed to be there but it wasn't bad. I got the impression that it was like a hideout. Then I looked out and saw the view of the exterior of the building. It was all white with marble columns and a fountain with white marble railing around it. It was a sunny day. I was having conversations with the man showing me around but I didn't know what was said. END.

My Dream - Jan.22-23
I was walking in what felt like a hotel - somewhere in an Asian country. Everyone was Asian, including a woman who was leading me down a long, winding hallway. The hallway was curving to the left, like the place was circular in shape. I kept asking the woman questions about my hotel room but she seemed to ignore me. I got frustrated with her so I actually took my right hand into a fist, clenched a pen in it and just poked her face on the left side (w/my knuckles, not pen), since I was walking next to her left side. It was very odd and no reaction came from her. I had the intention of really hitting her but I held back. I look to my left and saw different closet-sized rooms with blankets used as doors. I stopped to focus on the blanket in front of this one room. It was white and had a linen texture with white fringe all around it. There was a radiating light coming out from behind the blanket, inside the room. The more I stared at it, the brighter it got, with rays shooting out all over. The boldest detail of all in this dream was the color of the interior...it was painted entirely ORANGE!! Every nook and cranny, in a bright TRUE orange like the skin of the fruit itself. END.
